The people come first. They always did.
Before the job titles, here is who actually turns up. Eight of us, and between us more than a hundred years spent making brands behave. Some of us chase live music the way other people chase holidays, happy to put a few hundred kilometres on the car for one good concert; some can talk cameras and lenses until your eyes glaze over, and own enough gear to prove they mean it. Two of us are mechanical engineers by training, three carry master's degrees, and very nearly all of us are quietly, unreasonably serious about coffee. Somewhere in the mix sits around thirty combined years in front of and behind cameras in the media, a shelf's worth of books, a couple of motorcycles, and a collective love of Spain that keeps pulling several of us back down there far more often than is strictly sensible.
The professional half of all this is the part you hire. The rest is why the work ends up with a pulse.
Why we ended up under one roof.
For years we did this work from inside other setups, running brand and marketing for companies of every shape and size, and for just as long we watched the same quiet failure repeat itself. A client would hire one agency for the creative, another for performance, and someone else again to build the website, and then spend half their energy just getting the three to face the same direction. The strategy would say one thing, the design would say another, the site would undo both, and the good ideas died in the empty space between people who were never once in the same room. Steady Rocket is the fix we finally got tired of waiting for: the same hands that already knew how to do the work, now sitting together from the first sketch to the thing that ships, with nothing lost in the handover because there is no handover left to lose it in.
