Who we are

This website is run by Steady Rocket, a company registered in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Our full company details are in the Legal notice. By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.

Our work is agreed separately

Nothing on this website is an offer that you can accept. Descriptions of our services, ways of working and examples are there to explain what we do. When we work together, the scope, price and conditions are set out in a written proposal or contract, and that document governs the work, not these terms.

Using the website

You may browse the website, share links to it, and print or save pages for your own reference. Please do not:

• use it in a way that breaks the law or the rights of others;
• try to interfere with how it works, test its security without our permission, or gain access to parts that are not public;
• copy its content in bulk, automatically or otherwise, to republish it or to train a system on it.

Content and ownership

The Steady Rocket name, logo and symbol, and the text, design, graphics and code of this website, belong to Steady Rocket or are used with permission. You may not reuse them without our written permission, except to quote briefly with a link to the page.

Where the website shows work we did for a client, or a client's name or logo, those belong to the client and are shown with their permission.

Information, not advice

The website is general information about our services and about marketing. It is not advice for your particular situation, and you should not rely on it as such. Figures from other organisations are given with their source and date and a link to where they were published; we check them when we add them, but they are the other organisation's, and they can change after we publish them.

Links to other websites

We link to other websites, such as the sources of the figures we quote. We do not control them, and their own terms and privacy policies apply when you visit them.

Booking a call and applying for a role

Calls are booked through Cal.com, a separate service with its own terms and privacy policy. Booking a call is an arrangement to talk, not a contract for any work, and either side may move or cancel it.

Sending us a CV or an open application does not create an employment relationship or a promise of one. How we handle what you send is set out in the Privacy notice.

Availability

We aim to keep the website available and correct, but we do not promise that it will always be available, free of errors, or free of harmful code, and we may change or remove any part of it at any time.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that results from using the website or relying on its content, or from being unable to use it.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law. In particular, it does not limit our liability for damage we cause intentionally or through gross negligence, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and it does not affect any rights you have as a consumer.

Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the law of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the courts in Sarajevo have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. If you use the website as a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live, and you may also bring a claim in its courts where that law allows.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the website or the law changes. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. The version on this page is the one that applies.

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, the rest still applies.
