Kultura poslovanja, a media brand of our own.
Kultura poslovanja, "business culture", is ours: a business media brand for Bosnia and Herzegovina, on company culture, leadership, careers and employer branding. Our team makes all of it and keeps it running: the brand, the portal, the newsroom, a filmed podcast, the social channels, and a panel of its own at ZEPS, the international business fair in Zenica. What we do for clients, we do here for ourselves, every week.
- Platform
- Kultura poslovanja, Bosnia and Herzegovina
- What we do
- Brand, portal, editorial, video production, social media and events
- When
- Since April 2024

Where it started
Kultura poslovanja began as our own idea, from the work our team does every day in marketing, employer branding, HR and media: to give the companies of Bosnia and Herzegovina one place for the side of business that figures leave out, its people. The aims we set it:
- Speak to owners, managers and HR people in their own language, with practical advice, not theory.
- Earn the trust of the people worth hearing, from founders to HR directors and professors, and give them a stage.
- Keep publishing, week after week, long enough to become a name.
The platform
One brand, the kultura. poslovanja wordmark, in light and in dark, and one portal built around what its readers need: business culture, interviews, news and events, practical guides, the podcast, careers and columns, with a newsletter, reader accounts and a dark mode. Every section is ours to write, film, design and keep current, down to the cover of each episode.

What we built, in order
From the first article to a stage of its own: every step by our own team.
The portal opens
The brand, the portal and its first articles, on company culture, leadership and teams.
Seven tips, a series
Practical guides of seven tips each, on the everyday of work: a career and a life in balance, settling into a new team, time well spent. 47 of them in all.
The first interview
The first of the conversations with entrepreneurs, managers and HR experts that became the backbone of the portal.
A podcast, filmed
Kultura poslovanja Masterclass: long conversations with leaders, filmed and released every week, on the portal and on YouTube.
Columns, with a view
A voice of its own: columns on what business here rarely says out loud, from who inherits the family firm to managers who will not delegate.
The podcast comes back
Eleven more episodes, every week into June: professors, a cardiologist on how medicine fails without good management, the HR leads of a bank and of a retail chain, and founders.
A panel of its own at ZEPS
Kultura poslovanja x ZEPS, at the international business fair in Zenica: how to build a company culture that attracts people, keeps them and brings results, with experts in leadership, people development and recruitment, moderated by our founder.
